This 40 year old woman was referred by her optician because of raised intraocular pressure in both eyes. Slit-lamp examination of the right eye showed the appearance as seen in Figure 1. Figure 2 is the appearance of right gonioscopy. The intraocular pressure is raised in both eyes with inferior notchings of the optic discs.a. What physical signs are seen in the above pictures?
