a. What does the picture show?

Pyogenic gangrenosum.
The lesion show ulcerated centre surrounded by dark blue overhanging edges.
b. What is the most likely underlying diagnosis?
Ulcerative colitis
c. Why does he get sore eye?
Anterior uveitis is the most likely cause. However, ulcerative colitis is also asscoaited with episcleritis and scleritis.
