Non-caseating granuloma.


b. What is the most likely diagnosis?

Sarcoidosis.

The tattoo shows multiple nodular swellings along the lines of the tattoo patterns. This is called "scar sarcoidosis" in which sarcoid nodules occurs in old scars.
