What does this picture show?
Answer
This is the fluorescein angiography of the right
fundus taken at the venous phase. There are
multiple spots of fluorescence (microaneurysms)
and areas of hypofluorescence (dot and
block haemorrhages). The patient has
background diabetic retinopathy.
