Answer Presence of a classical subretinal neovascular membrane in the subfoveal region. The colour pictures show foveal haemorrhage in the left eye and drusen in both eyes. The fluorescein angiography shows a focal area of early hyperfluorescence in the foveal region. The hyperfluroescence increases in intensity with time. Answer Age-related macular degeneration.
