Answer a A left central retinal vein occlusion. Answer b The fluorescein angiography show the following abnormalities: 1. Retinal ischaemia note areas of hypofluorescence 2. Neovascularization in the peripheral retina note areas of hyperfluorescence 3. Rubeosis iridis shown by iris hyperfluorescence. This patient has ischaemic central retinal vein occlusion resulting in retinal neovascularization and rubeosis iridis.
