Bilateral lower lid laxity
This 72 year-old man presented with bilateral
epiphora. Syringing of the nasolacrimal ducts were patent but there were
marked lower lid laxity. Lateral tarsal slings were performed to tighten
the lids. The patient's epiphora improved following surgery.
