herniation
Dermatochalasis in 83 year-old man with festoons
of both lower lids. Tightening of the lower lids as seen in the lower picture
shows the presence of orbital fat herniation. The upper lid also shows
medial fat herniation. Surgery involves four lids blepharoplasties with
fat excision.
