Botulinum injection for
wrinkles
Reduced forehead wrinkles in a 45 year-old nursing
sister 48 hours after frontalis injection with Dyspot (botulinum toxins).
The Dyspot used was left over from the blepharospasm clinic. 60 units of
Dyspot were diffusedly injected into the frontalis (note the needle marks).
The reduction of wrinkles resulted from paralysis of frontalis. The residual
wrinkles were injected in the next blepharospasm clinic if there were any
left over Dyspot.
