Left upper lid peaking
This 78 year-old had had bilateral ptosis operation
for senile ptosis. One week post-operative, the right eye had satisfactory
contour but the left eye had peaking of the central upper lid. The lid
was lowered by instructing the patient to gently pull on the upper eyelash
while looking down.
