x Graphs and charts within powerpint can be copied and pasted in the same way. It is easier to manipulate charts if they are orginally formatted within Powerpoint and not Excel. p Once pasted in to the poster, double click on the chart - this will take you into Excel, where you can now alter colours and fonts. The font within the graph should be the same as the main font within the poster. p JPEG images can also be inserted at this point When a picture is inserted, you can resize it by dragging one of the corner boxes whch arehighlighted when the picture is clicked. Never resize from the centre boxes, as this will distort the images.  p Alternatively, the image can be resized by highlighting the picture (click on the picture) and then right click the mouse and select picture tool bar. Choose size and enter the size you want (cm or inches) . p
