| History: This 60 year old diabetic man was reviewed following focal argon laser treatment to his right macula 3 months earlier. His vision was 6/12. Despite the presence of hard exudates, there was no retinal thickening and hence further laser treatment was not indicated (according to the definition of clinically significant macular oedema). A 4-month review was arranged. | |||
