History: This diabetic man presented with a sudden onset of floaters in his left eye. Examination revealed new vessels along the superior retinal arcade. Further laser photocoagulation caused the vessels to regress (the second picture shows the retina appearance at 6 months after the laser). The vessels resolved completely after one year. | |||
