History: A 75 year-old man was reviewed in the clinic 6 months after developing a retinal vein occlusion of a small vein supplying the macula. His vision had deteriorated from 6/9 to 6/18 because of an area of macular oedema with circinate exudate. A FFA was performed to localized the leakage; the leaking area was lasered with focal argon laser. His vision improved to 6/9 at 6-week follow-up. | |||
