History: This 42 year-old woman suffered from
retinopathy of prematurity resulting in a blind left eye from retinal detachment.
The right eye also developed a retinal detachment but was successfully treated with cryotherapy and buckling. The fundus shows pulling of the optic disc towards the periphery and straightening of the blood vessels. The peripheral retina shows raised retina with chorioretinal atrophy from cryotherapy.
