to light but react to accommodation.
Look for:

slit-lamp examination may show iris atrophy

stigmata of tabes dorsalis for example: stamping gait, positive
Romberg's test, and loss of joint and virbation sense to posterior column
damage. Charcot's joint with hyperextensibility of joint.

diabetes mellitus and alcoholism can cause pseudo-Argyll-Robertson's
pupils.
