What cell type is shown in each slide?

Answer
I =  epitheloid cells. Circular cells with round nuclei and distinct nucleoli. 
II = spindle B cells. The nuclei are oval with prominent  nucleoli.
III = spindle A cells. The nuclei are long and cigar-shaped with 
disperse chromatin and indistinct nucleoli. Longitudinal nuclear 
fold is common as seen here.
 

Which one has the best and worst prognosis?

Answer
Spindle cell type A (III) has the best prognosis and epitheloid cell (I) has the worst prognosis
