History: This woman was referred by the dermatologist because of pseudoxanthoma elasticum. Fundoscopy reveals bilateral angioid streaks and optic disc drusens. The visions in both eyes are normal. There is a risk of subretinal neovascular membrane from the angioid streaks and the patient is asked to contact the eye casualty if there is any visual distortion. Otherwise, she was followed up yearly. | |||
